Increasing Profitability for a Chemicals Client

Blue Earth Laboratories, an innovative water treatment product company, retained Miralto to review their ‘go to market’ strategy and sales support with the goal of increasing company profitability. 

Our initial assessment focused on a broad view of their value proposition, messaging, and value delivery system. In collaboration with the client's technical leaders, we launched an update to the product segmentation and validation documentation.  The validation support uses laboratory assays, guided by our scientific advisors, to expand on the chemical structure, mode of operation and comparative effectiveness of their products across multiple market segments. 

Ongoing enhancements in collateral materials and marketing efforts are supporting increased profitability through the identification of specific benefits, messaging, and pricing for each distinct market.  A companion engagement to review alternatives for improving production and delivery processes focuses on new strategic partners and channels.
