Michael works with Miralto as a Consulting Advisor on engagements demanding expertise in economic modeling and land development strategies. His work with Miralto has included advising on mechanisms to enable public-private partnerships and financing for a range of community infrastructure needs including fiber and smart street lighting.

Michael Wright is an expert in land development. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked with countless developers, investors, and landholders.   He specializes in market demand and feasibility analysis, fiscal and economic impact assessments, asset management, and property disposition strategies. His past clients include Sony Development, Korea Air, the City of Los Angeles, and John Hopkins University.

Mr. Wright is highly accomplished in his field. He has authored a chapter in the Urban Land Institute’s Retail Development Handbook and has been invited to speak at numerous real estate development conferences. He holds a Masters of Urban Planning from University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
